I plan to do a special reading from Iowa Confederates in the Civil War.  The stories will help flesh out the most common motive for Iowans to serve the Confederacy.  The stories will also shed light on family relationships, and the emotional and political pressures in wartime Iowa.

Afterwards, I will be available to sign books.
